Just back from a blast of a tour with Ed Miller and a very merry band.As part of this we took a hike up Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh where close to the summit there are some padlocks attached to iron hooks.

It turns out these hooks were there to hold Barrage Baloons during World War 11.The padlocks are more modern and are Love Locks placed there by couples pledging their love for each other.This is a modern custom and has been catching on all over the world.
